Which Policies Apply?

The following policies apply depending on the product or service purchased:

Custom Hats & Made-to-Order Hats
Custom and made-to-order hats are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, Custom Order terms, and this Legal Notice. All hat sales are final. Customers are responsible for confirming sizing, color, style, and customization choices before work begins.

Ready-to-Ship Hats
Ready-to-ship hats are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, and this Legal Notice. All hat sales are final, including ready-to-ship hats.

Clothing & Apparel
Clothing and apparel are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy. Eligible clothing returns are issued as store credit only and must meet the return requirements and return window stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Private Events, Pop-Ups & The Outlaw Experience
Bookings, deposits, reservations, and purchases associated with private events, pop-ups, hat bars, or The Outlaw Experience are subject to any booking, cancellation, deposit, and event-specific terms provided at the time of booking, in addition to applicable store policies.

Once a hat or other item has been customized at an event, the sale is final.

Laser Engraving, Branding & Other Customization Services
Items customized through laser engraving, branding, burning, or another permanent customization process are considered final sale once customization has begun.

Customers are responsible for approving spelling, wording, placement, designs, logos, sizing, and other customization details before work begins.

Handmade & Customized Product Disclaimer

Many Outlaw Indian Co. products are handmade, hand-finished, branded, burned, engraved, shaped, or otherwise customized.

Because these processes are completed individually, slight variations in placement, color, texture, markings, burn depth, engraving, shaping, or overall appearance may occur. These natural variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen or device settings.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all requested details, including size, color, style, design choices, spelling, and personalization, before customization begins.

Once customization or production has started, changes may not be possible. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless the item received is incorrect or defective due to an error by Outlaw Indian Co.

Customer-Provided Items

If Outlaw Indian Co. agrees to brand, engrave, burn, or otherwise customize an item provided by a customer, the customer acknowledges that permanent customization carries inherent risks.

While reasonable care will be taken, results can vary depending on the item’s material, coating, construction, age, or condition.

Customer-Requested Designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights or permission to use any logos, artwork, photographs, phrases, graphics, or other designs they provide or request for customization.

Outlaw Indian Co. reserves the right to decline any customization request.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original Outlaw Indian Co. content—including our business name, original logos, photographs, graphics, original product designs, written content, branding concepts, and website content—may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, availability, sizing, photographs, and other information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Outlaw Indian Co. reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or cancel and refund an order when necessary due to an error or product availability issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outlaw Indian Co. is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use, misuse, wear, care, or alteration of products after purchase.

Nothing in this Legal Notice is intended to waive or limit consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

Policy Updates

Outlaw Indian Co. may update or modify this Legal Notice and its store policies from time to time. The policies applicable to a transaction will be those in effect at the time of purchase or booking unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing a product, submitting a custom order, or booking a service with Outlaw Indian Co., you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the policies applicable to that purchase or service.
